Kristie's perspective on bodywork is shaped by being a mom for 28 years and walking alongside other women as a doula for 15 of those years. She has learned that the body needs to feel safe and supported to harmonize all the complexities of what it is to be a woman, from the anxious thoughts, exhaustion, loneliness, physical changes, or pain to the joys, strengths, love, and intuition. The modern pace and pressures of life take a toll on female fascia and biology. Kristie believes that one key aspect of thriving is bodywork that gently and intentionally supports the nervous system and promotes balance and function! Infants, who are so intrinsically connected to their mothers, and have made their own journey through pregnancy & birth, can thrive with intuitive and respectful craniosacral-fascial therapy that helps them thrive (i.e. feed, sleep, digest, repeat, and grow :-) during the early years of a rapidly developing brain and body!
