Honoring the Softness, Strength, & Soul of Womanhood
Kristie's perspective on bodywork is shaped by supporting clients through childbirth, postpartum, and lactation over the last 15 years, her own experience birthing and breastfeeding eight children, welcoming 3 grandbabies, and now walking through perimenopause. She understands the physiological and psychological realities that our bodies carry before, during, and after the childbearing years.
Kristie has learned that the body needs to feel safe and supported to harmonize all the complexities of what it is to be a woman, from the anxious thoughts, exhaustion, loneliness, physical changes, or pain to the joys, strengths, love, and intuition. When we are called to show up for others in so many ways, how do we find rest, stay calm & connected, and thrive in the midst of the modern pace and pressures of life? Kristie believes that one key piece of this puzzle is bodywork that gently and intentionally regulates the nervous system and promotes balance and function!
Infants, who are so intrinsically connected to their mothers in the early years, and have made their own journey through pregnancy & birth, can thrive with slow, skilled, and respectful hands on therapies that help them thrive in a big and busy world!
